Returns & Refunds:

Items can be returned or exchanged up to 14 days after receipt.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with tags or labels attached.

To return an order please email me@moluku.me and state if you require a refund or you would like to exchange for another size or colour.

All items are returned at your own risk and cost so we recommend using a recorded postal service. Once your item is returned and inspected, we will send an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and authorise exchange or refund.
